Common questions

How does matching work?
After you sign up, we review your app idea (or expertise profile) and manually match you with the best-fit partner. You'll hear from us within 48 hours.
What if I have no coding experience?
Pairify is designed for junior developers who have some basic coding knowledge. You should be comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals. Your expert will guide you through the Shopify-specific parts.
How long is each session?
Sessions are 1 hour each, billed at $50/hr. You can book multiple sessions for larger projects.
What tools do we use for pair programming?
We recommend VS Code Live Share for real-time code collaboration plus Zoom or Google Meet for video. Your expert will set up the session link.
Can I become a senior expert?
Yes! If you have 3+ years of Shopify development experience and have published at least one app, sign up as a senior expert. We'll review your profile and onboard you.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with a session, reach out within 24 hours and we'll either rebook you with a different expert or issue a full refund.
